After 10 days in the hospital we can finally go home. Phil is definitely in different condition then when we got here some better and some worse. He’s weak but better then when we came in even better then yesterday. He now has a tube in his abdomen for draining excess fluid which I will do on a daily basis. He also will be having IV feeding at home along with regular eating to build up his strength. I am also learning how to access his port and hook up his feeding each day which is all very scary to me but, I know I can learn it.
Because of all that has happened this past month and his tumor back to original size Phil is in a new stage with his cancer. Due to his weakened state he’s at the point they can no longer do treatment. So, we need to get Phil stronger so he can get back on treatment or the tumor will take over. Of course our first thoughts and prayers are for complete healing – when we’re at the worst the healing is greater and we expect nothing less because we serve a great and mighty God. A God who giveth and giveth and giveth again.
So it’s MIRACLE TIME – were sure glad were family with the one in charge of miracles.
